 Yes, and this is the biggest advantage of this model! By finalizing your flooring, fixtures, and finishes during the design phase, we can guarantee the contract price and prevent mid-build decision fatigue. Your only job during construction is to watch your home come to life. 

 While we heavily encourage finalizing all details before construction begins to keep your budget secure, we understand that minds can change. Any changes requested after the contract is signed will be handled through a formal Change Order, which will adjust the guaranteed price and timeline accordingly. 

 Absolutely. While we may use 'allowances' for a few highly specific, late-stage items (like custom light fixtures or specific appliances), the structural, material, and labor costs are completely locked in. The price on your contract is the price you pay for the agreed-upon scope of work.
